PAYMENT: We accept Paypal, money orders, cashier's checks, and personal checks. We will usually ship within two business days of receipt of payment. When payment is made by personal check, please allow the normal turn around time for clearance, usually 10 days.
REFUNDS: If for some reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, we will make every attempt to fix the situation. Should a refund be required, it will be cheerfully done, for the purchase amount minus shipping charges, provided the item is returned to us in the same condition it was sent. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase!
SHIPPING: We package each purchase carefully and try to ship within a day of purchase. Most of our postage rates are for First Class, but can be upgraded easily to Priority upon request. (Fragile and more expensive items have Priority rates listed for safety.) Any overage on combined items is refunded; we only charge actual shipping costs. We strive to keep our shipping costs as reasonable as possible. (I prefer to think of it as saving you the cost of a shopping trip!)
For international buyers accurate amounts are extremely important and vary widely from country to country. We consider each request carefully...and should we overcharge on an estimate, we will refund any amount over $1.00. Note: On the sale of items weighing UNDER ONE POUND to be shipped overseas, please request the correct amount of postage from the seller.
INSURANCE: We recommend insurance on any item that is fragile or is valued at over $50.00. We pack as carefully as possible but cannot be responsible for how it's handled once it leaves us.
